September Updates: Automated Document Signing and Faster Payouts

A new month brings new improvements. In September, we focused on making payments faster and documents easier to manage. This update includes automated document signing via SignNow, near-instant euro transfers, improved help center navigation, and several usability enhancements.

Contractors and international companies can now sign documents in Stape using SignNow.

This simplifies document workflows and allows you to receive contracts with legally valid electronic signatures. These documents can be safely used for:

• Bank requests.
• Tax authorities.
• Company accounting and reporting.

Everything is handled online. No printing, scanning, or manual uploads.

Payouts in EUR are now processed almost instantly and arrive directly to the recipient’s bank account.

Banks no longer apply additional compliance checks, which means no delays in receiving funds.

Stape continues to support seamless collaboration between companies and contractors worldwide. This includes transfers to foreign bank accounts, complex jurisdictions, and protection from double taxation risks.

And that’s not all. Stape offers a user-friendly dashboard, automated paperwork, and payments in cryptocurrency.

You can now assign two separate payouts, for example, an advance and a final payment.

Each payout can have its own amount and date, making this feature especially useful for contractors who work with prepayments or milestone-based compensation.

We reorganized the Help Center letting you quickly resolve issues and understand how the platform works.

All guides and FAQ are now available in one place. Log in to your account from a desktop and click “Knowledge Base” in the left-hand menu.
