New Stape Update: A Simple Onboarding Checklist

Getting started with Stape has become easier. We added a step-by-step onboarding checklist for new companies to help business owners move from registration to their first payouts as quickly as possible.

The checklist guides you through all stages. The entire setup will take you around 30 minutes.

First, you need to fill in your company details required for the contract. Click “Start”, and Stape will redirect you to your company profile page to complete this step.

Clear instructions and required fields ensure there are no delays later in the process.

Next, you need to sign the contract with Stape:

• Companies outside the CIS sign via SignNow.
• Companies in Eastern Europe receive an automatic invitation through Diadoc to become a counterparty, followed by the signing documents.

Everything is handled automatically with no manual paperwork required.

Once the contract is signed, you can start adding contractors.
Simply enter:

• Email address.
• Role in the project.
• Payment amount.

Contractors will receive an invitation to join Stape and sign their contract via SignNow or NoPaper, depending on their region. The process is fully automated.

Once the contract is signed, you can immediately fund your Stape balance.

We support multiple top-up methods, including USDT. As soon as funds are sent to Stape, the top-up is automatically confirmed and displayed in the balance section.

The final step is creating payouts for your contractors by specifying the amount and payment date.

You set a payment schedule to generate payments automatically. Approval will be required.
After getting paid, contractors receive funds instantly to their Stape balance. They can withdraw funds anytime using any supported method.
