Stape Platform Updates: What’s New

We continue improving Stape and want to highlight the latest updates. They include improvements to invoicing for companies in Eastern Europe and the CIS, filters and payout details, and a fully updated transaction history.

Here is a detailed overview of major updates and how they help companies work faster.

We added a signature and company stamp to top-up invoices. You can download the invoice in the Transaction History section:

1. Open the details of the required top-up.
2. Click “Download”.

You are free to use either electronic or paper invoice form for payment approval and accounting purposes. You can also access your contract with Stape directly from your account or via the Diadoc (Kontur) EDI system.

In your dashboard’s side menu, click “Your contract with Stape” to download the document automatically.

When applying filters in the payouts list, Stape now automatically updates the following:

• The total number of payouts.
• The total payout amount.

This ensures you always see accurate data without manual recalculations. The total amount is displayed above the table, while the number of payouts appears in brackets next to the category tab.

Please note: the system does not allow creating a payout without indicating the amount. The minimum payout value is $1, €1, or the equivalent in local currency.

We added more transparency to the payout details window.

Now, companies can see three separate amount categories:

• The amount paid to the contractor.
• The total amount including Stape’s fee.
• The platform fee charged by Stape.

No more manual calculations, all needed data is displayed in one place.

To view payout details, click the three dots at the end of the payout row and select “Payouts”, or click on the payout row itself.

We updated the Transaction History section. Companies can now see all top-ups, payouts, and currency conversions. Contractors can track withdrawals, conversions, and payouts. All key financial operations are now available in one structured and easy-to-read view.

Both companies and contractors can download their full transaction history for any period in XLSX or CSV formats.

The system also stores the three most recent reports, which can be re-downloaded at any time via the “Download” button.

Additionally, top-up and withdrawal operations now include a “Download invoice in PDF” button. Here you can store documents for accounting, tax reporting, or internal records.
Finally, withdrawal details now include the recipient’s payment details, allowing you to quickly track funds’ destination.

These updates are designed to make financial operations on Stape more transparent, accurate, and easier to manage, whether you’re paying contractors or tracking your company’s expenses.
